I went to the Quest in Agoura Hills, and the service was terrible. The lady who drew my blood was rude and rough. I went in and asked if they could use a butterfly needle, but was told I wasn't a child or a senior and that they didn't want to waste a needle like that on me! She then told me she was going to use a larger needle unless I wanted her to use a smaller one. I told her to do her thing, and I wasn't trying to be difficult. I arrived early. I was called it a bit early. Greeted by name in a friendly manner making me feel a bit more relaxed. We talked about where to go for lunch afterwards as I had been fasting. Of course, the process was quick and very smooth. I don't really care to have my blood drawn, this experience left me feeling good.
It was quick and easy to use the kiosk to check-in when I arrived. The technician, Lina, was excellent and had my blood drawn, labeled, and verified by me so fast. True service the way it should always be!
Since I had an appointment, I was called in shortly after I arrived. My technician was very pleasant and thorough. They always do a great job when I go for my tests and it’s very much appreciated.
