I had a disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. I went in for blood work and was paying cash, so I politely asked Rene whether I might be able to submit the cost to my insurance for reimbursement. She responded dismissively, “I don’t know,” without offering any guidance. When I asked whether my doctor would be able to see the results the following day, I received the same response. My appointment was at 8:10 a.m. and I was out the door by 8:14 a.m. Julienne was an amazing phlebotomist; she was friendly, warm, and very professional. I didn't even feel the needle. Excellent experience and above 5-star service! A very well-organized & clean office. Thank you!
I love going to this specific Quest Diagnostic location. The service is great. The nurse was very professional. Could not even feel anything. The wait time is none, and the location is very clean and has a lot of free parking. Highly recommended.
