Very efficient to book appointment on line and check in by mobile phone prior to the visit. No waiting, no guesswork, no remembering confirmation codes!
This place is a joke. Scheduled for a 830 appointment. It gets cancelled. Puts me in for a 830 appointment and it's well past 830 and not a single person is here....
The lab assistant had a horrible attitude. He spoke very poorly of Summa Health and of the Summa physicians and I took that very personal as I am an employee of Summa. I asked about giving the stool sample and was going to ask if o could take the equipment home and before I could even get my question out he snapped back that I am not doing that on his bathroom I can take that home and do it. I arrived and checked in about 5 minutes before my appointment and only had to wait for about a minute before being called. My tech, Kyle, was awesome. He was very efficient and friendly. He took time to answer any questions I had and was very personable and easy to get along with.
