Since Quest locations are now fully automated check-in only, no one there are willing to help, make eye contact or even attempt to answer a question. If you try to ask a question when some pops out, the distain they have for you for even try to ask something is astonishing. Given that all the sites I have been to have no wi-fi, AT&T or Verizon cell signals, we are cut off from mobile check in. Tv in waiting area is outrageously loud
This location did not fulfill part of my mother's order, leading to a doctor's visit we scheduled 6 MONTHS out, and we missed a key part of our visit. Don't use this location, unreliable
The people who work here are friendly, efficient and skilled. Exactly what you want from someone taking blood samples. Whoop sent me here to check biomarkers and I could not have been more satisfied by the job they did.
Service was quick and the other times I’ve come here, I had no problem. But this year, know that you could get bruising due to inexperienced phlebotomists digging around in your veins. The phlebotomist caused me a lot of bruising for the first draw (I had never experienced bruising the 4 other times I came in for a draw) and when I mentioned it when I came in for the second draw, she did not apologize.
