Got there 10 mins early, and they had me in and out before my actual appointment time. Phlebotomist was amazing, the actual draw was 2-3 minutes and didn’t feel the stick.

I originally gave a 10 all across the board because the experience there was OK even though not extraordinary as it is in Florida where I live I am changing that rating to 1 because it does not matter how good they were if getting the results is impossible, which is the case. Extremely frustrating. Another example of their disregard is the fact that they do not answer nor apologize to bad reviews. It seems they do not care. This place is so disorganized. They also don’t have a person you can talk to if you’re stuck with a kiosk that doesn’t work. Then they’ve last ads so loud in the waiting room and make you wait there for hours. They claimed to open up at 7:30 for walk-ins, but did not take their first patient until eight.
