I was treated quickly and efficiently by kind and considerate professional healthcare providers. I was able to make my appointment without worry about parking by using Metro and walking a few blocks.
Avoid this place if at all possible. They pierced the vein and it was more sore than I have ever experienced after a blood draw and I had a huge bruise. This has never happened at any other place I've given blood or had it drawn. Second, their staff was very rude. When you arrive there is an ipad to check in but it wasn't working, no person there to help. Me and one other woman tried it with no luck. We knocked on the door for help and got chastised. Since Quest locations are now fully automated check-in only, no one there are willing to help, make eye contact or even attempt to answer a question. If you try to ask a question when some pops out, the distain they have for you for even try to ask something is astonishing. Given that all the sites I have been to have no wi-fi, AT&T or Verizon cell signals, we are cut off from mobile check in. Tv in waiting area is outrageously loud
This location did not fulfill part of my mother's order, leading to a doctor's visit we scheduled 6 MONTHS out, and we missed a key part of our visit. Don't use this location, unreliable
