i hate to leave 1 star because the personnel were great. but the business model is horrible. i wasnt given a paper copy of estimate when i sent to get labs done yesterday (I'm not upset about this; it SHOULD be an easy fix). But today i called and no matter what options i choose on the answering service, i can't get to a live person. if you walk in, there's no one at a desk you can talk to, just a machine to make an appointment with. where's the customer service?!?!?!
The complete lack of empathy observed in this location was completely disgusting. A disabled man who was dropped off by an Uber with absolutely no support walked in and was treated like a second class citizen all because he was a senior. He arrived , everyone had a hard time helping him because he couldn't remember his phone number, another patient helped and managed to get his number off the cellphone. Very fast service, makes blood draws easy
I made an appointment online. Checked in with the text when I arrived. I was seen almost immediately. The staff were very friendly.
