The phlebotomist I was assigned to was incredible, she made everything quick, painless, and easy. The staff is incredible, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you call them, you cannot get to a real person, it’s all automated. There is no front desk, only a check-in tablet. If you have any sort of questions before an appointment, there is basically no way to get them answered

Out of all the Quest Diagnostics I've been to (multiple cities included), this one has to be the worse for blood test work.

I went to do a blood work and pick up the stool samples. They didn't give me the right amount of tubes, the instructions were very poor, and they forgot to give me another sample collector for me to send by mail. But, to hold people accountable when they are running late for their appointments, they are 5 stars. The staff is very rude. I had to go to another Quest where they told me that the samples were incomplete. Now I have to do all the process again to collect the samples and then make an appointment with my GI and Ques... read more

I'd give it 5 stars but .... It's always muggy and there's no one you can ask questions or anything. Like no front desk person. So when the phlebotomist opens the door to call a patient, you have people trying to ask questions and they send them away. So that's the issue with them. As far as my personal experience with them drawing my blood, not a single issue and every person has been nice.
