Very fast service, makes blood draws easy
I made an appointment online. Checked in with the text when I arrived. I was seen almost immediately. The staff were very friendly.
Always very pleasant, quick & easy
Most unprofessional place i have ever been in. The employees do not care and they are rude and should lose there jobs. I cant believe they consider themselves a business. Quest imaging side is horrible and wouldnt show a ounce of respect to the employees because they dont show any them self. I wish someone could discipline the employees that work there but unfortunately this is as far as it always goes.
The phlebotomist I was assigned to was incredible, she made everything quick, painless, and easy. The staff is incredible, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you call them, you cannot get to a real person, it’s all automated. There is no front desk, only a check-in tablet. If you have any sort of questions before an appointment, there is basically no way to get them answered
