There was NO way to reach them by phone. The message always said “voicemail full”, please call back. As sick as I was, I had to go down there and schedule an appt in advance. Not a walk in. And now, I am even sicker.

Clown show... they can't seem to get their coding correct. Doc ordered annual labs by diagnostic codes, Aetna expects to see them as CTS code. Somehow Quest can't get it right and try to charge me $110 Copay Saying it went over the Aetna allowed amount. BS!!! This was the third time I've tried to do my labs since January; each time the same baloney. Whatever you do if you are a state employee and think your labs should be 100% covered do not listen to them. They will try to get you to just pay it and then get it back from cu... read more
