Joy was definitely a pleasure to meet, as I was greeted with a warm smile the moment I walked in the door by her. And she remained in great spirits. The entire time I was there. It’s people like her, that make a company like that extra special, even if you’re just going in for a quick test like I did.

They under-promise and over-deliver. My wait was much shorter than the advertised. Technician was professional, friendly enough and competent!
Perhaps, if Quest and midamerica monopoly corporation would prioritize their employees and patients over profits they wouldn't need this sign. A more impersonal, sterile, crowded and hemmed -in tomb-like room would be hard to find. At least there's comedy...for blind and vision impaired visitors...reading the small print????
