I had a very good visit. I was a walk-in and waited about 40 minutes which was not bad. I have learned that it’s best to schedule an appointment. My phlebotomist, Shanita, was very nice and professional. I enjoyed my experience with her as she was friendly and the process was quick and I did not feel the needle when she stuck it in my arm. It was a very seamless process.
