There was an issue with not being able to find the lab orders for that visit and I also had to pay a $9 balance from previous lab work (that I had no idea was due. I NEVER RECIEVED any bill or other notifaction) Thank God I had some cash with me or I would have had to made a second trip as the staff person claimed she was unable to take a debit card and could not proceed until the $9 was paid. First time at this location and it was an excellent experience. The touchscreen check in was easy to navigate and my wait time was negligible. The blood draw was over quickly with little discomfort. Definitely recommend and will return.
The phlebotomist is very good ! I did not feel a thing thank you
