First time at this location and it was an excellent experience. The touchscreen check in was easy to navigate and my wait time was negligible. The blood draw was over quickly with little discomfort. Definitely recommend and will return.
The phlebotomist is very good ! I did not feel a thing thank you
I just had bloodwork done and it was the best experience I have encountered in a long time. I made my appointment online and used the kiosk when I arrived. I waited about 10min before being called as there was only one person working that day. I hate needles and have almost fainted at different appointments. This day I didn't even feel the needle going in or coming out. I could not have been happier.
The lady was very rude. Told me I would have to wait two hours even though there was barely anybody in there and was pissed off because there was no help button for me to press on the kiosk. I’m sorry that’s not my fault. Perhaps you should get a different job that doesn’t deal with patients.
