An Asian woman drew blood from my vein so badly that within an hour my arm was blue and I had a huge internal bruise! That was March 6, 2026. Now, March 9, my arm is very sore, the swelling remains, and the bruise has turned into blood streaks under the skin (I can attach a photo). It looks terrible, and of course, there's still a bruise.
Writing Today I went to get a blood test done for my 11-year-old child after a visit to the pediatrician. When we went to the doctor, there was a suspicion that he might have pneumonia, so the doctor told us to go get blood tests as soon as possible so they could understand what was going on. Besides my 11-year-old, I also had two other children with me — one is a year and a half old and the other is three. I’m afraid of needles, however QD staff makes me feel very comfortable and I trust them.
Service was quick and efficient. With an appointment, I was in and out in less than 30min. Patty was amazing! She was so quick and drew my blood on the first try. I usually bruise and have issues with people finding my veins, but she got it on the first try with zero hassle. Super sweet, charismatic, and efficient! The waiting room could do with some A/C however, it was quite warm.
Pretty quick service, but make sure you have an appointment, or else you will be sitting there all day.
