I came in to get my blood drawn at Quest Diagnostics and Ophelia was the one who took care of me. She was very kind and professional, and honestly the needle stick barely hurt at all , just a tiny pinch. She clearly knows what she's doing. The only small thing is that she forgot to remind me to apply pressure to the site afterward to help prevent bruising, which I ended up with a bit of. Just a small suggestion for next time, but overall she did a great job and I'd definitely recommend her.
Everyone was nice however they were very overcrowded which made for a way longer than hoping for wait time
The phlebotomist that we had on Thursday September 10th was not friendly at all. No people skills was a bit rude due to not being able to find provider due to not having the correct NPI. No eye contact what so ever I mean if you hate your job go do something else if you hate interacting with the public even my 13 year old noticed her rude behavior.
