My visit was utterly perfect. The person who took my blood sample was absolutely lovely. Best I could have hoped for. Professional, and exceptional. Couldn’t possibly be happier.
I made an appointment the night before. I walked in 39 mins early only cuz I was in the area. So I just decided to check myself in and just sit and wait. I no sooner checked in and she called my name. My butt never even hit the seat. No joke!! I love this place. Very clean and professional employees!!
Absolute worst service ever. I’ve been getting my thyroid levels checked here for over a year. In 2025 I never had any issues. In 2026 - every time I come they say they cannot find my standing order and play the blame game as to which nurse messed up not scanning it into my profile. Today the nurse tried blaming my doctor “not having an account” with quest. Yes he does. I’ve had a “weekday” nurse filling in on the weekend tell me that the weekend workers are incompetent and I guess I should have believed her. I am so sick of... read more
