I was fasting for 10 hours, had an emergency appointment. I got there at 3:40, they close at 4:00 and the Phlebotomist told me she was only one there, and could not do my blood work. She was very rude and inconsiderate.

One of the techs at this place really needs a lesson in customer service! It's one thing to explain rules but another to be rude about it. If you don't like your job, you need to find something else that you like. I will never go to this place again and I would advise you to think twice about going here also.

I have a kidney specialist appointment next week so I called and made an appointment to have my blood drawn. All appointment s have to be scheduled on line. Can't speak to anyone. Poor customer service. I got an appointment for today a week ahead of my appointment. According to the scheduler the only available time was at 3:50 I knew they closed at 4:00 so I had to be on time. Very Rude! I had an appointment set up for the next day but it didn’t work well for my work schedule so I tried to do a walk in visit. This was already a very difficult visit as I have a strong phobia of needles. Upon arriving, the kiosk said there were no walk in appointments available. It was 1 o’clock with no one in the waiting room so we decided to wait for the tech who was hanging out in one of the rooms to come out to see if she could still fit us in.
