I made an appointment ahead of time and only had about a five min wait. The phlebotomist was very personable and professional, the whole procedure went very smoothly.
Wait time is excellent when you check in on line. The workers are excellent and your in and out.
The directions and signage to the Torrington facility (@ Charlotte Hungerford) wasn’t the clearest for a first-time visitor. But it’s one of those once-you-do-it-you-know things. So give yourself extra time on your first visit. The onsite parking is somewhat limited. The Quest facility was good … easy check-in, and I was taken before my actual appointment time! I have been utilizing Quest for the past 25 years. My prostrate cancer is being treated with intermittant hormonal theraphy so I need to be tested at least each 3 mths to decide on a hormonal injection. When I 1st started this routine 25 yrs ago, getting test results was a veritible knightmare.
