Check in process was awful. My Mom is totally blind so how is she supposed to find an iPad in the lobby if she's blind? Then, when she did check in, they shouted a number into the lobby because my Mom's information wasn't entered in the iPad. This was rude, and not our fault. When the tech was drawing my Mom's blood, she moved the needle while it was inside her arm, which you are NEVER supposed to do, and this caused a large bruise the size of half a dollar bill!!! Unacceptable.
