Needed blood drawn, set up an appointment online, checked in electronically and waited less than 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled, painless insertion and over quickly. Completely satisfied.
No issues w blood draw station n its' personnel!! It's about QUEST LONG DELAY IN STARTING TO GET ANY OF MY BLOOD RESULTS. 4 DAYS I WAITED FOR SOME RESULTS & they have just started to trickle in. UNACCEPTABLE!!
The phlebotomist who helped me was very professional. She could see that this was rather urgent and took me in to draw blood. I came into Quest at CHH at 5 pm, she could have said we're closed, but instead she took me in. I sincerely appreciate it. Thank you.
