In and out in a few minutes - great staff and service AND - no bruising or marks on my arm!
The new staff is terrible. I went in for a blood draw and they felt both arms. They missed the vein and dug the needle around in there. They wanted to stick a needle in the other arm but that arm was shaking with fear. Then I went to another phlebotomist somewhere else and she got the stick almost immediately.
Excellent technician and very fast and easy appointment procedure. Clean and comfortable waiting area. I love the fact that I can get my shopping done after I finish my appointment.
