The Quest site in the Vons was smooth as can be. The ‘blood drawer’ was excellent. Hospitals usually have difficulty finding my veins. She was perfect!
I had almost no wait time as a walk in. The phlebotomist was efficient and answered all my questions. Very professional!
The quest technician was very rude and refused to help me even though I had an appointment. I went to one inside of Vons by my house so there is a quest office inside the store. I arrived at my scheduled time but the lights were off, eventually the tech arrived and gave me a sneer then went inside but closed the door which is locked and wouldn’t let in.
