Los empleados son muy gentiles, amables y atentos contigo, la toma de muestra de sangre muy fcil y sin dolor, la atencin al cliente brinda por los empleados es espectacular. Excelente experiencia
Way too slow, they can easily take 2x or 3x more people if they operate at a reasonable speed
Excellent service, she (nurse practitioner) went out of her way to help us.
Went in today. I was under the incorrect impression I could have flu/covid tests done. The staff member here told me very rudely that's not the case, multiple times. She would only do the bloodwork ordered by my doctor. It was a simple misunderstanding but the way she handled it was disrespectful in my opinion and she could use more tact. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt since I was a walk-in today and the second person she saw so maybe that has something to do with it. The actual bloodwork went fine.
No signage at front of store, no info about how to find location, attitude from technician. Quest is generally crappy, but this is worse than that.
