Always a great experience. Close to home, never a wait with an appointment and Susan is the best.
The waiting times are horrible. One can never find an appointment easily. They are always booked out. There are labs which need to be done urgently and one can never get them done here. I waited for 2 hours but they took people who came late for their appointment. They should either remove themselves from the lab services or increase the number of folks to better manage it. I live right next to it but I can never use their services.
You just wait. The staff is super slow. They just do nothing and later tell you they are too busy to take any walkins.
This was the 840 Willow St Location in San Jose. Touch terminals were not working for sign in. I had appt. and person said they can't take me unless I signed in. I asked her to operate the terminal, she refused..We ended up leaving and going to another Quest 20 minutes away. Waited for 25 minutes, then office was closing at 3:00. So we were sent away. This was painful since I was taking ex-wife, mental patient, and logistics are very hard.
My phlebotomist was really nice and did everything quickly! Thank you!
