Susan is very friendly, professional, and efficient
The place is not crowded but the efficiency needs improvement. Each appointment slot has a long time interval allocation and thus very few appointment slots are available each day. Last time I visited I had the impression that the one staff could have double the appointment slots if she worked at a higher and regular speed.
Always a great experience. Close to home, never a wait with an appointment and Susan is the best.
The waiting times are horrible. One can never find an appointment easily. They are always booked out. There are labs which need to be done urgently and one can never get them done here. I waited for 2 hours but they took people who came late for their appointment. They should either remove themselves from the lab services or increase the number of folks to better manage it. I live right next to it but I can never use their services.
