Great experience at Quest. Short wait, excellent tech, all went smoothly.
Loni was FANTASTIC! Welcoming, professional, kind, and gentle. I'd love to have her every time I come! The waiting area is clean & comfy. Wait time was very reasonable for my scheduled appt.
Daily notices and reminders, prior to my first and second blood draws, were much appreciated. The code for each day worked great with the Quest Lab system. Only glitz was... for some reason my record of address, as a Function member, seemed to be listed in Texas -- a state where I have never resided. But that was immediately corrected by the phlebotomist.
