I had gotten a COVID test through quest. After days, I realized there was nothing still in my quest about my pending results or that I even had an appointment ( scheduled online in their website). Now my specimen /results are in limbo somewhere. No where to be found. No one I called could help. I got several rude representatives as well that were completely unhelpful.
