If I could, I would give them a negative star. I went in 2 different times with 3 different people trying to find a vein, got poked a total of 5 times and with them digging around to find a vein and they still weren't able to get any blood. Then they rudely suggested that it was because I was dehydrated (which I wasn't, urine practically clear) and that I needed to drink more than 1 bottle of water. I told them I am hydrated and that I do drink more than 1 bottle a day, they then made the excuse that it's because the vials t... read more
I think their staff may have comprehension issues. I asked if I signed in right and for some reason she felt the need to get smart and talk to me about someone else’s appointment and why she called them back ahead of me. I wanted to ensure I entered my information correctly. Very unhelpful staff. Wouldn’t recommend.
