My 2 year old needed blood taken and the ladies were obviously not happy about having to take blood from a toddler(we were not thrilled to have him get blood taken). They stuck him and then said they could n9t find a vein. One lady held his wrist and he has a horrible bruise now. If you need a child's blood taken do not go here.
Tech was rude to begin with...rolling her eyes, shaking her head. Apparently, I was interrupting her bonding time with yarn. She said I couldn't get my blood drawn because I had an outstanding bill. Dr will not see me without test results. Hmmm...my family eats and I don't go to the doctor for my health condition. Makes sense to me.
I prepaid for a hemoglobin test the day before my test was scheduled. When I got to the facility, the lady (Sharon) asked to see my insurance card. I gave it to her but told her that I had prepaid it online the day before. She didn't seem familiar with the concept that it could have been prepaid the day before. I waited 15 minutes (my appointment was at 11:00) but this is now standard because EVERY place is understaffed nowadays.
I hate giving negative reviews but this place was the least helpful service I’ve receive in a long time. I have to get covid tested for travel. My first option canceled my appointment due to being short staffed. Frantically I looked for a plan B to get same day testing. I scheduled online and showed up 15 min before my appointment time.
