Horrible service, we already waiting more than 1 week for result !!! Hot line it’s a joke, you won’t be able to reach somebody !
I have been doing the Wellness screening at this location for three consecutive years. For this year's test, the new staff in the office is quite unprofessional. She measured my height, but entered the wrong value into the system. As result, the wrong value shows up in the latest report. It also screwed up the BMI value, which is calculated from the combination of weight and height values. Her lack of professionalism also shows up during the blood sample process. Efficient and professional.
Checked in but not called as being the last appointment. After calling for help, I got treated finally: Draw blood twice one for each arm but both failed. I was asked to come next time. Totally a waste of time and after being hurt, nothing is done.
