If I could leave no stars I would. I took my daughter 2/21 to get her blood drawn and told me I would my results in 3-4 days. Been calling for the past month and no answers. Was able to get in contact with someone today. More than a month later just for them to tell me no specimen was collected from my daughter. Now I’m wondering what the hell did they do with her blood.

Came here on a Friday morning with a scheduled appointment for bloodwork and was attended to right on time. The woman who drew my blood was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and was very professional yet friendly. She made the process painless and left no mark or bruise on my arm, you couldn't even tell that I had gotten blood drawn! I was in and out within 10 minutes which was great, but even better that the service didn't feel rushed. All in all, a great experience here.

I went this afternoon for testing and the lady who did my test made comments about how I looked different from my I.D. photo that was taken 8 years ago and before I got diagnosed with a life long disorder that has made me look different. It truly made me so uncomfortable and you should learn what to speak about and what not to.
