If I could, I will give Quest diagnostics less than a star!! They posted false and incorrect lab results twice for me 1. claimed I have end stage kidney disease 5 or 6 years ago!!! Then in November, 2022 they claimed again that, on my lab results that I have stage 3 kidney disease!!! I moved to another state in December because I did not believe quest neither did I trust them and my kidney test showed I was fine and quest tried to cover my good results from Labcorp with their's. Need bloodwork? Don't waste time going here. They don't do it! Insurance Co sent us here. They should know better.

Please never get anything done through quest diagnostics until they learn how to bill one SINGULAR item correctly. Every experience I’ve had with them is horrible. When your billing problem arises, be ready to spend hours on end on hold for a 50/50 shot resolution of anyone actually being able solving your problem. Atrocious service.
