I realize that labs are under a great deal of stress right now. Lord knows we all are. But every single time I go to the Montebello, CA Quest Diagnostics (even well before the pandemic), they complain when I get there 10 minutes or less before closing. The fact of the matter is, if your website and the sign on the door says "serving patients until 4 pm" then that's exactly what you should be doing. Do NOT Recommend this QUEST location at 10043 University Blvd. Orlando, FL My mom had an appointment for today. She arrived there. Front door locked, the lady on the inside was standing as a Gestapo to check the temp. FL tempt at the moment 96F, feels like 105F, mind me the mask on too. She measures the temp and says it's 101.2 F. I know my mom has no temperature. Returns home, the temps is 97.8F. Have it all in the video too. You should really be a bit more compassionate to those coming in there. I came in for some repeat blood work today due to some pretty bad news I received only minutes before coming in. I left in tears. The lady who drew my blood was short, cold, and had absolutely NO bedside manner. Not to mention she was so fast and rough that it was actually very uncomfortable. If you dislike your job that much, the last thing you need to be doing is working in the medical field. I will avoid going back here at all costs.
poor customer service. Don't answer phones. don't update website for results. currently they are behind on covid tests due to prioritizing other states. definitely don't reccommend

RecommendedLola was great she took my blood it didn't hurt and did a very professional job
Been going to this location since 2005. The staff that is there now is terrible! I was yelled at while checking in. I yelled back of course. The lady checking people in is very rude. She almost had some older clients in tears. I ask several times to speak with someone in charge and was brushed off. I am making a complaint with the state and Quset. Because of the employees rude attitudes I dont even know if my labs was done correctly. I'm sure I will get a bill for crap service.
Don’t bother, this location is closed. Just a sign on the door with no regard for people who had appointments.
The doctor there was rude and unprofessional. I waited for over an hour and a half for my daughters drug test only for the doctor not to do it. He wouldn’t even talk to me. He sent the nurse to tell me they weren’t doing them anymore when though I was already waiting. He knew we were there because he asked me not to let anyone else in when he locked the door to the office.
