My daughter and I were turned away an hour before closing time because this particular blood panel took a little longer and they didn't want to wait! They turned us away! What medical company does that!
The automated service to make an appointment makes me want to punch myself in the face

The hackettstown, nj office butchered my husbands arm! His arm was completely black and blue and swollen. Clearly didn't take blood the correct way.
We just went to the Fairlawn, NJ location for a pediatric blood work for my 10 year old.. Their not the nicest, most don't even speak English.. They didn't know a code for some part of the blood work that needed to be done,, REALLY?? her appt was at 10:00 I made it over a week ago..
