On August 3, 2020, I went to Quest Diagnostics in Palm Springs to have routine blood work for my Rheumatoid Arthritis condition. When I arrived at the office, two patients arrived before me to sign-in using the tablet. When it was my turn to sign-in, I politely asked the employee, Jamilla, if she can disinfect tablet's screen to ensure my safety and to minimize risks posed by bacteria and germs, including Coronavirus. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET ANY TESTING DONE. I understand Covid has turned things upside down lately but this is rediculous. It's been 15 days since my COVID test and I have not gotten results. This is simply gross mismanagement and negligence. Not once have they answered a call or reached out. Inadequate, inhumane and incompetent.
1.4 out of 5 stars. Cause they suck!!! so they decided to move to appointment only. Website still says walk ins welcome. They refused me bloodwork this time at this location. I am currently having a miscarriage and needed to get blood work twice this week. They have no availability for an appointment for 3 weeks. 0 STARS!!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! FIVE, yes, I repeat, FIVE times to get my boyfriend’s blood work taken for my doctor being that we’re expecting a child. The first time (Elkcam office) they took my boyfriend’s blood and then as we were leaving yelled to us saying that they actually couldn’t use it because the tube was expired. Went for bloodwork and they stabbed through my vein. I couldn't extend it for 3 days and my arm still hurts a week later. Not to mention the fact that there's an enormous bruise that's 7"x4" big.
On June 29, 2020 I went to Good Counsel Church on Summer Avenue, Newark, N.J. for Covid.19 test and Antibody test.The man that took my blood gave me a slip of paper to go onto the Quest Portal to sign up. I went on and signed up for myself and my husband we both went the same day. After not hearing anything after 2 weeks I messaged quest they answered my message in 5 days stating was I sure it was Quest they could not find my name or my husband send more information.
