No help at this location. Three lab techs doing all of the work. No one to ask check in questions. My appointment was scheduled for 10am, I was there and “checked in” at 9:55am. I never got any confirmation despite completing everything at the kiosk. I waited until 11am and despite trying to ask multiple times nothing happened and I was still just waiting even though patients with appointments after me were being taken back. Quest Diagnostics by Cinemark in McCandless Crossing was easy access for having blood drawn. The place was very clean, short wait time (little to no people there at 1130-12) and the older lady who drew my blood and my sister's was very nice and thorough! I asked her to talk to me while the process was going on (which she did!). I'd come back here again, especially if I got the same lady I had yesterday.
I dropped off a sample to be tested at this lab. The Latina tech was apparently having a bad day. She was rude, disrespectful, angry, and appeared to really hate her job. I confirmed with her that my doctor’s orders for the test were in the Quest system. I left. Miraculously, the order disappeared! A week later, and still no results. If this is the customer service you get Quest, go to another lab. The incompetence is rampant.
I scheduled an appointment for bloodwork. The woman couldn't find my order although it was in the system for over a month. She told me to look at an order I didn't recognize then she went to another screen and she said you sit down you have no right to look at this screen. I asked to call the Dr to help her find it but she refused. She said I could call them outside but she wouldn't take the time to let that happen. The whole conversation was rude and confronting.
