Wait times are ridiculously long and the appointment scheduling process is long and confusing. Also, having no way to talk to a human being when scheduling problems occur is unacceptable. And, making it impossible to talk to a human being when we phone Quest may save you money but it is loosing us as customers.
My son had blood drawn today. It was his first time having blood work done as an adult. Unfortunately he passed out and then vomited. Both women working today were nothing but kind and helpful, even with the added chaos. We came here specifically because my daughter had blood drawn here a few weeks ago and they were super kind to her as well.
I like the online check-in. It needs an area to list secondary insurance. Short wait time, friendly staff and highly skilled phlebotomist!
It is close to where I live, good service, and check-in process is extremely easy.
QUEST is consistently provides top-notch lab services. They are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, kind, and professional. My husband and I choose QUEST over any other provider!
