Temporarily closed; had to walk in and a flight of stairs to find out they are "temporary closed due to being understaffed" - there should've been a sign on the outside of the building (for those with special needs, disabilities elderly, etc)
Cannot even reach these people to inquire about testing. Very user unfriendly.

Drove to this location for lab work since they are usually great and most the time the only one I would use. I will never be using this location again! I walked in at 11:45 they close at 12 for lunch. I was told she is not drawing anymore lab work since they close at NOON for lunch. They should have still been open for bloodwork until NOON. If I could give 0 I would. My son whose autistic goes for bloodwork monthly we make appointments four months in advance. Last month we went to a different location. So today we were back in Middlebury at our scheduled 4:40 time and come to find out they changed their Friday hours to 4pm never notified us and in order to talk to a human being I had to Google it. It is hard enough to take my son for a variety of appointments but when something like this could of been avoided by Quest's incompetence that is their ignorance by n... read more
