My experience with the Personnel has been terrible. Marixa was extremely rude as they had “not received the prescription” for my doctor, which I have on my phone and had been sent indeed. Something that required a kind “please call your doctor and have it sent” was handled in an extremely disappointing manner. I understand they may be stressed because of the current conditions, however this is just unacceptable.
