What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to be 10 minutes late on a weekday morning? How is that even possible? Also letting walk-ins go ahead of scheduled, checked-in patients. Crazy.
There were some annoying technical issues with signing in. It wouldn't take my insurance card back. It took about 3 tries. That was frustrating because why do you even NEED the back of this card?Other than that, it was a really lovely, pleasant, and fast visit.
Very professional and expedient. The blood test was so smooth that I felt nothing, and was surprised when it was over. I have had many blood tests, and Quest has always been the Best.
Sad Appointment please!
