My appt Was fine My issue is that you cannot communicate with a human before the appointment. Your system does not allow for cancelations Very robotic. Even in your center, staff is unable to answer much. This is not a criticism of the staff in the center merely a suggestion in dealing with patients, & being able for patients to answer a question that your automated, robotic system does not offer. The staff is pleasant & professional.
Great all around, easy to get appointment, check in via cell phone, little wait, great techs, very friendly.
Always the same level of excellent service at this Quest location. I have been using it for years and never less than great service !!!I recommend it!!!
