The technician was very professional. He took his time examining my son’s arm before drawing blood and spoke with him to help keep him calm and prevent him from feeling scared.
I have 2 comments. First and foremost, my phlebotomist Camila, was EXCELLENT. She deserves to be recognized. Second, and most importantly, there needs to be appropriate music playing in the background for a couple of reasons. It would provide some comfort towards relaxing nervous patients that don't do well with needles. It will also go a long way in improving the quality of the working environment of your team.
