Came as a Walk-in for a fecal exam. Having held it for an hour and 1/2 to be given a kit with no gloves and told i couldn't use their bathroom. Was told that the cleansers from the bathroom would negate the test. I had to now get in my car and run home before I had an accident in my pants. That was the most bogus excuse for not wanting to do something I have ever heard. And it was callus since I expressed the dire urgency to use the facilities and was told no. Don't think I will use Quest again.
My husband has lab test and need collect urine 24 hours, when I drop off next day, they makes me to sign in as walk-in patient and waiting for more than two hours, this is very inconvenient for us. Besides, no body told us we need another appointment for the drop off.
