Quest is a bunch of liars. The website doesn’t say appointment only so I go at 6:30am and then they tell me there needs to be an apt. But on the website and message on phone it doesn’t say that and the girl is laughing. Quest is a bunch of liars and losers. Never again !!
On August 3, 2020, I went to Quest Diagnostics in Palm Springs to have routine blood work for my Rheumatoid Arthritis condition. When I arrived at the office, two patients arrived before me to sign-in using the tablet. When it was my turn to sign-in, I politely asked the employee, Jamilla, if she can disinfect tablet's screen to ensure my safety and to minimize risks posed by bacteria and germs, including Coronavirus. This place is not efficient they continually lose paperwork and have bad attitudes towards their patients
To make an appointment on the computer for them is next to impossible. No matter the location it’s always “” Nothing Available” Very poor
Billing scam. Make sure your insurance covers your visit because quest won't. They are a big insurance scam. My bill will not be paid. Quest can suck a di©k
Best to go at 3:15 place is empty. People don't to fast all day
