Audrey was professional and extremely patient with me. She did an amazing draw with no pain to me. She was friendly and got me in and out quickly.
The phlebotomist was professional and friendly. They checked me in on time.
I've recently relocated and made a mistake in going to the PCB location for an appointment that I had at 12107. My mistake undoubtedly, however, their lack of some kind of resolution was horrible for the type of facility they are. Im diabetic and planning a fasting blood test takes planning. They knew this but failed to overlook my innocent mistake, and accommodate me somehow. I was 30 minutes late, the time it took me to get from one location to the next. Showed 10/7/25 appt set for me by a Veteran BA contractor for test, my attendant was polite but said no lab order in house so I was turned away when nothing was located (the long phone wait time to address with the sender not feasible) figured the appt made to fast and surely would be fine the next day. Can't talk to Quest remotely apparently so sent in contact request to see if they had the faxed order before attempting another appt and drive down.
