No appointments in the morning for fasting (2wks out), waited over an hour as a walk in, witnessed an entire lull in the schedule for 15-20 min with no patients entering and all had exited. Waited 20mins during that time while hearing staff chatting in the back, when another appointment came they called that patient immediately. Quest Diagnostics: Please use this review as a sign to make some amendments to your website. I need a simple TB test for an employer, and your website does not specify that 1. I need a Dr’s order to obtain it, or 2. If I walk in, you will stop accommodating walk ins entirely after 3:30 pm. These are two extremely helpful pieces of information that I’m sure I am not the only one to have felt the consequences of not knowing. I went to Quest Diagnostics on La Venta Dr in Westlake Village for a time-sensitive test and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever seen in a medical setting. I arrived at 11:30 am as a walk-in (no appointments were available this week), I was the only person on the wait list, and even though the lobby was nearly empty, I sat ignored for over 100 minutes.
