The first positive sign was that someone, an actual human being, actually answered the phone. I tried, but failed, to call other Quest locations in surrounding areas only to be hung up on, or not answered at all. My experience here was positive. It was quick even though I was a walk in and everyone was friendly.
Terrible experience. Zero professionalism.
