Had an excellent experience at this location, had an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. The lady who took care of my blood drew saw very professional and also personable and genuinely nice.

I made an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time & checked in. I after waiting an hour the tech drawing blood told us that the other tech did not come to work & she would do the best she could to get everyone done. I waited over an hour and half for a simple blood draw. This is no way to run a business. Quest should have enough extra techs to cover for the ones that call out. If not you should let your customers know through text to expect a long wait with the option to reschedule. Poorly handled by Que... read more

Don't believe the instructions about checking in online. No, they do not text you when they are ready... They call your name and skip right over you if you're not in the waiting room. Then they make you sign up as a walkin.

Made an appt with Quest close to home. Once there a very easy chsck- process. Very short wait, then, bingo, a blood draw and a good bye. Could not be better!!

I took my 1 year old here and was obviously anxious since his veins are so small. Maya got his vein quickly and easily. We had an appointment at 4 and we left by 4:15. We’ve been to many labs and this was our best experience.
