Was called on-time, phlebotomist was very skilled -- didn't even feel the needle. Additionally advised me of tests that were not covered and I would be charged out-of-pocket because diagnostic codes had not been properly entered by Physician. Thus, avoiding unanticipated charges. Overall an excellent experience.
The girl knew what she was doing. They can never find my vein, it always hides. This girl was determined to get it done and made me laugh and feel at ease. Love the Gibson location!! My spot for lab work.
Make sure you have an appointment or you will be waiting a very long time. Been here waiting for an hour and at 20 people went ahead of me so far. The short lady with blonde hair said if im a walk in that I am going to he here all day... WHAT!?! Ive been to many Quests and NEVER have received horrible service like this before.
