Blew veins in both hands before asking for help. Other person drew it quickly and no pain. I am bruised and sore in both hands. To make it worse, the same person did the same thing to me in April 2025. Why is this allowed to go on? I won’t be back.
Vanessa was INCREDIBLE at finding my vein! I've always been told I have veins that are hard to find and usually sit through 2-3 jab attempts with most phlebotomists. My last few experiences at different Quest locations were like that too so I was shocked at how gentle and quick she was! I am going to continue making the drive all the way out here with the hope that I will have her as my phlebotomist. Thank you Vanessa 🥹🫶
