I had to come straight to my car and leave this review for the phlebotomist Angela at the Lexington Kentucky office. I am at least an eight times stick every time the last time I had an IV the anesthesiologist had to get it in my forearm, but Angela got it the very first time and didn’t even have to use a butterfly needle. Alyssa S. (hope I spelled her name correctly) has drawn my samples last three visits, she is friendly, very professional and an excellent phlebotomist. Quest has made appointment process easy with multiple times available. Waiting room / draw area always clean. Minimal wait time. My several visits have all been a good experience.
