Two different visits I was in and out, and very well taken care of!
This was not a good experience for me. Their website and displayed in the waiting area that they are kid friendly. When arriving and at check in my seven-year-old son accompanying me. He had his gaming system and prepared to sit quietly while I did a simple employment drug screen. The techs are this location was not helpful and refused to allow him to sit in or accompanying me quietly. Tech was very nice and polite. Was taken in 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Skill level of employee was top notch. Great experience. Have gone here numerous years for Biometric Screening for work. Never had a bad experience!!
In and out, but wish a West Lexington location would open again.
After checking in, several other clients came in after me. They were all serviced before me. At one point the tech came out and called for ‘Karen’. Nobody replied. Finally after 30 minutes they asked my name. I said Kimberly. The tech says she had already called for me. I said no you called for ‘Karen’. She looked at the other tech and said ‘Oh I messed up’. The other tech took me back and quickly got me out.
