I was hoping my experience with quest was going to be different this time. But they failed me once again. Honestly doesn’t matter what state you are in. All quest diagnostics are horrible. Their system is always down or they have some kind of excuse. And or the people working here are extremely clueless as to how to do their jobs. If I could give zero stars I would.
My phlebotomist was exceptional. She took me back soon after I checked in had all my information already imputed and did a great stick! 19 years experience sure showed up yesterday!!
Had an appointment at 8, I got there 10mins early. Kiosk was broken so I signed in on sheet and waited. After 24 mins of waiting I left because I had to get to work.
