Melinda, the phlebotomist, was a huge help in getting me checked in. BTW, she is one of the best I have experienced. Professional & proficient!
Joyce was a delight and took my blood without causing any pain; it's sometimes difficult for technicians to find a vein. She handled it like a champ, got it the first time with minimal discomfort, and was very personable and easy to talk to, which made it a lot less stressful for me. I hate having my blood drawn, but Joyce ensured it went smoothly.
Joyce is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she professional and friendly but she is so good at what she does. I was so worried for my boys but she was able to complete their lab requests with ease! She also made them feel so comfortable! Will be requesting her everytime!
My phlebotomist was excellent. and the blood draw painless and quick. I hope I get the same person next time.
