My tech was awesome. friendly and professional. My wait time was 2 minutes flat. The only complaint was that there needs to be 1 more bathroom!!
I had made an error and the quest rep, was kind to show me the error. The phlebotomist was absolutely amazing and gentle with inserting needle and was careful. Thank You, ladies
2026 it's getting better here. They may have to think of a bigger place soon. When they're busy parking is very limited. I find it very rude that there is no way to talk to a live person when scheduling an appointment. I'm having fasting blood work done soon which I have made an appointment very early in the morning. I'm not happy with the reviews that stated the walk-ins were being seen before those that had appointments. Fasting blood work is not my favorite thing to do as I get very nauseous.
