Quest Diagnostics can be good. It's clean and you definitely need an appointment! Unfortunately, this time the phlebotomist ended up causing a large bruise on my arm. Some are very good, while other's will cause bruising. I had the same problem once when I gave blood at the Red Cross last year.
The phlebotomist Elva was extremely professional and caring. She made my visit very pleasant. Elva is a credit to the Quest Service Center.
I had my second bad experience with them today. Their customer service is the worst. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:40pm. I was there on time and they kept stating the urgency to get me out as soon as possible since they close at 4pm. Apparently the manager gets mad at them if they stay late. It was recommended I go back but this appointment was scheduled 2 weeks ago. I’m familiar with their walk in wait time. I don’t plan to ever return to this location.
