02/10/26 I went there on Jan. 27 and only waited a few minutes. There were about 5 people in the waiting room. The person who took me to the blood draw area did not check the paperwork. She did not get enough blood for all the testing. She said I was done and I had to tell her that she needed to get a urine sample. She seemed not to care about doing her job correctly. Today I went to go take my autism daughter to quest never again will I come to this location the two ladies here are very rude with a attitude they need to get replaced who ever reads this go to the ham location this quest is very unpleasant worst one I ever went to
I’m not a fan of blood draws because, I’m a very hard stick!! The young lady that took care of me stated “let me see if I can get a good stick?” I was hesitant until she said I won’t keep sticking you, you’re not a pin cushion!! She forever has my trust. ❤️
