Your computerized check in process is a disaster. In spite of precheck in via home PC an having a check in QR code your computer fiddled around, acted as if it didn't know me, then suddenly gave in, told me I was OK and gave me a number "102";. Subsequently a very nice staff member appeared and told me I had screwed up the check in process. I am a retired IT professional with well over 50 years experience. This is the kind of thing that gets patients killed.
Close, in and out quickly.
This location is small but mighty. I was in and out in 5 mins, no wait with an apt. My phlebotomist was efficient and I don’t even have a mark, which normally I do as I bruise easily. I’ll be going back to this location for all my bloodwork! Appreciate quality people.
