You must have an appointment, but after you have an appointment, they’re very punctual friendly and do a good job.
5 stars for quality of service and staff, 1 star for management....I've been here a few times, and they always seem understaffed/overbooked. Even with an appointment they were 20 minutes behind seeing me, which seems to be the norm. On a positive note, I really don't like needles but their blood draws are quick and easy, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful! I just think they need more staff (or less appointments), and maybe some more chairs in the waiting room.
