The only thing that I did not care for was one of your employees was talking harshly to a little boy that she was trying to get blood from ridiculous. The only reason I’m coming back is due to the person that took my blood thank you Lori Kietzke.
The phlebotomist was amazing! Love your location and I drive there as it’s fully staffed and super efficient even though I have closer options. Ive read the negative reviews and I have to disagree as I always have an apt and the longest I’ve had to wait was 10 mins past my apt time. No issues. Post COVID all labs seem very busy and walk ins are just a NO GO so save yourself the headache and make an appointment it’s online and easy in the app! Also you can input your insurnace info and save everyone an extra step.
