I arrived early. My appointment was for 7:40. I arrived around 7:35. I didn't wait very long. Opened my app to read a book and made it though a page and a half I think before I was called back. There seemed to be an issue with the tubes I was given from my sample drop off (💩) so the gal that called me back had to get another gal to help her. There was a Professional/Attentive Tech name Rayna; who went well and BEYOND. The way she interacted with incoming patients into the lobby waiting area; and then also take care of appointed incoming patience as well. She is FRiendly and Professional all at he same time. Her friendly, lovely bright smile; tells it all. She enjoys what she does there. Thank you Rayna for the welcome as a appointed patience well as all you do there ALONE! Peace and Love.
