First time. Never again. I was told make an appt it will be quick. Nope. I was the 2nd person of the day and was 20 + minutes passed my appt. There was only one person working.
Great professional staff and good experience everytime I need to come to Quest Diagnostics in shop city.
Terrible customer service at the Grant Blvd Location ..they do not have a receptionist there to answer your questions, I waited 50 minutes there for the Lab tech to tell me she could not give me my previous lab results I do not recommend this place to anyone
I arrived early. My appointment was for 7:40. I arrived around 7:35. I didn't wait very long. Opened my app to read a book and made it though a page and a half I think before I was called back. There seemed to be an issue with the tubes I was given from my sample drop off (💩) so the gal that called me back had to get another gal to help her.
