I was a little nervous having read some reviews however my experience was amazing. I had an hour and a half drive so arrived early and I only waited a few minutes before being called back. Raina was my phlebotomist and she was very professional and took great care to be sure that my labs were correctly documented and marked. I had 14 vials taken! The lady who took my blood must have messed up because my arm bruised so badly a day or two after my blood was drawn. It was at least 6-7 inches in diameter from where she took my blood and it was really badly bruised. They also have no way to call and ask questions with a live person. Avoid them if you can.
The woman I worked with was very kind, caring, and considerate. She made sure I was comfortable and was very supportive through the whole process as I do not do well with blood being drawn. She took all the precautions to make sure I was fine and was the best person I’ve had drawn my blood before. I highly recommend it and her! I went to the Shop City location.
The entrance and waiting area is alwaysneat, clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, very helpful, professional, kind and thoughtful. I am always treated with respect and courtesy. I recommend QUEST LABS to everyone.
