Quest Diagnostics on 4050 Barranca in Irvine, CA was initially very disappointing. One of their phlebotomist there hates her job and she let's you know it too! If you're a walk-in, be prepared to be forgotten in the lobby for hours, unless...you're a white lady pretending to have a scheduled appointment but can't remember your confirmation code. I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics! The staff was professional, friendly, and very organized. The check-in process was fast and easy, and I was seen right on time. The technician who drew my blood was gentle, skilled, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. Highly recommend this location for anyone who needs lab work done quickly and smoothly!
