I had a very good experience at Quest Diagnostics yesterday for my blood exam. Ashley was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and handled the blood draw very gently and smoothly. Her friendly attitude and care made the experience much less stressful. I really appreciate her excellent service. Thank you, Ashley!
I attempted to use the service at 4950 Barranca Pkwy, Ste 209, Irvine, CA 92604-8648 and a Confirmation code PWKVIY. My experience with the staff is very negative where the entire staff seemed want to penalize the patients if they are not on time or would need extra time to retrieve the doctor's order. I don't have confidence that they are serving the patients with right attitude or mindset. I would not recommend Quest service from this location at all.
Very easy to locate. The check in was super efficient. All the Quest staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend
Your check in system is terrible guys, those iPads never scan the ID correctly, your poor employee had to come out and help everyone to do it. You should upgrade it, fire that vendor you are using for the check in system.
I received excellent service from Fariba today. She was pleasant, kind and very patient with me today. Highly impressed with her professionalism.
