This is my go to location for all blood draws. It is very easy to make your appointment online to secure time which cuts down the wait times significantly. I am always seen within minutes of my arrival window. My appointment was at 2:40 and I was seen at 2:43. I would appreciate it if the person drawing blood would first accurately assess the size of my veins (which are very small) before drawling blood with a very big needle. I’ve never had a more painful blood draw. I know swelling is a common experience after the blood draw but it seemed that my arm was more swollen than in the past. The person drawing seemed stressed, distracted, and not fully paying attention. Quest, you could do better. Please train your staff better.
