Waiting one hour with appointment for drop off not for test They have no respect
This visit was the worst experience I had for blood test your staff(Ariana) couldn’t find the vessel they pull the needle in my hand almost take it off three times half way to adjust it but in the end they couldn’t find it I ask them to pull it off because seeing and feeling this makes my blood sugar drop so she asked other staff(I forgot they’re name) to do it and the other staff also did the worst blood test ever that even ten minutes after the test my hand was bleeding badly.

This review is specifically for Mitsy who is a phlebotomist at this Quest. First experience I had, she cut me pretty bad when taking the needle out. This last time, the system said that I had a copay. I usually never have a copay, so I was confused. Instead of giving me the option of just charging insurance and billing me later, she just said that this was the only option, to pay the money upfront.
