waited over an hour with an appointment
Just to let everyone know there is no receptionist inside, there is just an IPad to check yourself in. And even with an appointment for a specific time they are running behind so make sure you have lots of time to spare before you come here. The nurse did a great job in taking my blood.
I had a great experience
This place takes for freaking ever! Don’t plan anything else for your day if you need bloodwork done, they are worse than the cable company wait time. Staff is short with you when you ask for any update & there is no front desk person to ask because they don’t have one like other locations, so you have to wait for someone from back to come out just to be told oh I don’t know. DO BETTER 👏🏼
Check-in was ahead of time, professional and easy. Technician Jack was outstanding, we need more of people like him in the medical field!
