No wait time - made an appointment online a while ago and checked in right before the appointment on the day. The lady was apparently new to her job because she was still energetic talking to patients. Although she failed getting enough blood for my daughter’s teat, she did it after a second try. I don’t get the feeling this place is lousy as described in other reviews.
Terrible experience. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences at this location. I will go out of my way to never visit this location again. I recommend you do whatever it takes to go somewhere else.

Online reservation and check-in processes are very confusing. Came as a walk-in and waited 2 hours without being called, versus the advice that your wait time could be 30 -60 minutes. Asked the technician when she came to call another person, "How many technicians are working?", and was told two, but one was on break. There were four wallkins, including myself, who waited two plus hours and finally got discouraged and left. We all shared our opinions and agreed that your current business practices are a disgrace.
