I don't understand why your system allows you to check in for an appointment early (I happened to arrive an hour early from another doctor appointment) and then makes you wait until your appointment time - there were several walk-ins taken before me. This makes ZERO sense. I had to sit there for the hour until my appointment time before being called. I have walked in many times without an appointment and never waited more than 30 minutes.
Excellent check in process and person who took blood was fantastic! Excellent
Worst experience ever. Waited over 3 hours with zero progress. Staff was extremely rude, took long breaks, and moved at a painfully slow pace while patients were left waiting. Total waste of time. Do NOT go to Quest. Choose another lab.
She didn't draw my blood correctly after I reiterated that two tests were being done. She drew one vial. Now I have to go back.
Very rude people. Waiting for 2 hours. Removed my name from stand by list. Saw my name in the list and got removed on front of me. Tried to talk to them and they do not listen. This happened also to another client while I was there. They have glitch in their system and they don’t want to listen to anyone.
