The phlebotomist asked if she should get someone else to help hold down my five year old daughter. I said yes. So what does she do? Tried to stick her without any help. Terrified my daughter, blew the vein, and blamed my daughter! What the hell?!? My daughter was traumatized, as was I. Go elsewhere.
It was great didn't Waite to long and the lady that took my blood was very nice.
Had a wonderful woman take my blood on Wednesday. I was so scared and I hate blood work but she was absolutely amazing and took my mind off of it!!!!!!
