terribly slow , make appointment still waiting 65 minutes now
They charged me March 27 for a blood draw I had and thought I paid for in early February--they just took it out of my card. I didn't agree for them to do that. In the past if they wanted a payment they always sent a bill. When I tried using the email supplied by the Quest site to complain it gets returned as an invalid address. Total BS!
Horrible to deal with! Sent my bill to collections instead of working with my doctor who was willing to change billing codes
RecommendedI like this location alot. Great hours. Never a long wait. The staff is always very friendly and always proficient in any tests I need done.
RecommendedI did everything online and through my phone. Highly recommend it! I scanned my phone to sign in. I didn't even wait 5 minutes. I had everything ready and was out the door within 10 minutes! The last lady I had was personable, and found my vein the first time and didn't even sting! I only go here.
Negative stars, billing department is a joke. Asked to call me back, still waiting
Train your staff on taking infants blood. 2 times we have received a call from our pediatrician stating you guys didn't get enough blood from our baby. She is 2 weeks old and doesn't put up a fight so there's literally no excuse besides inadequate training.
I'm a home care nurse, waiting over 45 minutes to drop off a patients blood samples. Disgraceful! I may need to stick my patients again if samples expire,
