I felt absolutely compelled to leave this review because Ashley was AMAZING! I truly did not feel a thing during my blood draw, and I haven’t had such a painless experience in many years. My last blood draw at another Quest location was quite painful and left me with a bruise, so the difference today was remarkable. Ashley is incredibly skilled, kind, and professional. Honestly, Ashley should be everyone’s trainer!! Thank you, Ashley, for making this such an easy and completely painless experience!
Check-in kiosk doesn’t work for appointments, check in on your phone beforehand. The person I spoke to for assistance for incredibly rude and careless.
My Technician was Cassandra. I explained to her when I checked in that my veins like to hide and that I've had pretty bad experiences when getting my blood drawn. She made sure to wait until she had a sure shot to poke me, and she nailed it. Not only did I not feel a thing, but the process was so smooth. She talked me through every move and made sure I did not see my blood (I faint at the sights of it). She took the time, she made me feel comfortable and she was nice about it too. Extremely bad customer service, please do not think of a walk-in or standby list I wait there 3 hours and couple of patients also missed their appointment but they didn't help you. Extremely bad service
