Need to wait an hour to do a drop off of my son analysis. Still need an appointment to make a drop off.
I was only 12 minutes late to my appointment at 10:20, but their system wouldn’t let me check in, so I had to be treated as a walk-in. I ended up waiting for 3 hours and still didn’t get my blood drawn, so I left. Every time I asked how much longer it would take, they said they didn’t know. Every lab I been too they give u 15 min grace period except this one. Terrible experience.
This appointment was extremely smooth. I made an appointment online ahead of time, so was able to walk in, register for the appt on my phone. Was called in very promptly. The phlebotomist was kind and professional and did a great job. Top marks for this visit.
First time at Quest and such a great experience! I didn’t have an appointment but was called in within 10 minutes. Fariba drew my blood and she was so kind, professional, and gentle — made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend her!
