my appointment was at 1:40pm. I waited 1 hour before getting the blood work done. the appointment is useless. this location is No Good.
This was one of the most unreasonable and operationally incompetent experiences I’ve had with a medical lab. I arrived to drop off a time-sensitive frozen stool sample. The ordering provider specifically instructed me to walk in and deliver it as soon as possible due to urgency. I was not there for bloodwork. I was not there for an appointment. My phlebotomist (Nasrin has mastery of her job) she is an asset for quest company.
Why is Quest still in business? People that work there have no sense of human emotions. They can care less to even feel your stress, pain or to try to see your situation and be kind. Take 3 minutes to make an exception. It is always busy so they should only be by appointment only because if you walk in they basically give you no hope to be seen. Vanessa and Danny are excellent phlebotomists. Extremely professional. Outstanding. Highly recommend them. They go above and beyond for patient care. They take the time to make sure everything is well taken care of. 10/10.
