Happy to not go back to this location. The initial person was not helpful and was rude. Quest had my last name misspelled in their check-in software. When my appointment came up (30 mins after) I explained the misspelling to the tech she had no intention of assisting me and went to the next person. When the 2nd tech came to get me, it felt very uncomfortable, but at least she looked me up via my i.d. Not a friendly place at all...
Fast with appointment. Easy fast sign in. No pain.
Poor signs to let you know where to go. Looks like a prison yard. They did not have my appointment or a way to see why. Would never go back yo this location.
The only reason I gave this a 3 is because the building at this location is disgusting. Shame on Quest for putting a lab in this run down building. Your employees deserve a better location and so do your customers.
I travel clear across town to get my labs done here. These girls are fast and almost no pain. Naomi is the absolutely the best.
