My daughter needed an x-ray. After waiting 30minutes they come out and say they can't do it. Mind you it was an hour before closing. They should tell people that when they come in. Plus they didn't want to make an appointment for a different day because we have to do it over the phone. Now we on the phone and the machine is not understanding. Worst service ever.
Long wait time,no access to bathroom
No personal to check you in. Empty 4 walls no staff at all. Only a dirty kiosk touched by all and not clean no disinfectant wipes offered. A health nightmare to be sure. Kiosk tablet is not intuitive. Impossible for many elderly and disabled. Worst set up ever.
I went in as a walk in and was helped I believe her name was Lori not sure but she was great very professional helped me very quick will definitely be back if I ever need labs.
I had a great experience.. fast...however i had my follow up appt with my dr and she doesnt have the lab results back.. i try to call and its very difficult to get a person on the line to help in fact i havent spoken toca live person yet-
