Never gave my doctor the results and never answered when I tried to call for them - tried five times and only got an automated system. It's been a week and nothing!
Need to hire MORE Phlebotomist..Waiting is ALWAYS ALWAYS takes long especially for no appointments. Receptionist is RUDE & just some stuff.They leave a # to call them back but there is no option to choose to get hold of them except for the Doctors. This Quest is by Montpelier,SJ
When I entered the door of the clinic I was greeted by Vanessa, one of the most pleasant people I've ever met, and definitely the most pleasant and intelligent people I've met at any medical facility. She was friendly, remembered everones name and got everyone to fill out their paperwork with a smile on thier face.
